Real estate has been my chosen profession for over 30 years. As a result, I have a long list of satisfied, repeat customers and clients. Over 90% of my business comes from referrals and repeat business. Over the years, I have built a strong network with other real estate agents who refer their clients to me. I've always believed in going that extra mile for my clients and I never under estimate the importance of each transaction to each individual. I strive to provide outstanding customer service, counselling and education during the Buying and Selling process. My attention to detail and the emphasis placed on educating my clients, has earned long term, trusting relationships.

1. Listening skills: I listen actively to each client so that I can understand their motivation. This step can save time and energy and result in a positive outcome without negative surprises. Once I know what a Buyer and Seller's expectations are, we move on to the next step.
2. Education: Buyer's and Seller's need to know 'how' I'm going to get the job done. I explain the listing and/or selling process in detail. Preparation and preparedness for what's going to happen during the Buying and Selling process, relieves the customer/client of unnecessary stress.
3. Negotiation Skills: The most important part of an offer to most people is the price. Whether buying or selling, Sellers and Buyers want the best price possible. There are many other critical factors at the offer negotiation stage; I have the experience and knowledge to read and critique the Purchase Agreement and I understand the psychology of negotiation.
4. Loyalty and Honesty: Who wants to work with someone they don't trust or respect? I don't.........and I certainly wouldn't expect a Buyer or Seller to work under those circumstances either. I'm totally candid with each customer and client, by telling them what I expect and need from them, in the selling and buying process. I also expect and want them to be honest and candid with me. This Trust builds a healthy business relationship. At the end of the transaction, it's a win-win situation. My clients are satisfied and trust me enough to refer their family members and friends to me.
